pak750 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pak750," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the pak750 platform, operating under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the pak750 website, mobile interface, and all services accessible at pak750.com, including but not limited to sportsbook, live casino, slots, instant games, and the pak750 Rewards programme.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any part of the pak750 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the pak750 Platform.
• "Real Money" refers to Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or supported cryptocurrency deposited by a Player and held in their pak750 Account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, welcome bonus amounts, reload bonuses, cashback credits, or loyalty rewards issued to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must bet using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including but not limited to submission of CNIC, proof of address, and payment method verification.

By accessing the pak750 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific terms applicable to individual promotions or game types.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and pak750 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. pak750 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the pak750 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, and you have verified this independently before registering;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You do not hold a current self-exclusion order with pak750 or any associated platform;
• You are not a director, officer, employee, or immediate family member of an employee of pak750 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

pak750 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction. Winnings generated on accounts subsequently found to be ineligible will be voided.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the pak750 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your pak750 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date by contacting our support team when changes occur.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your pak750 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. pak750 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account — regardless of whether authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify pak750 support immediately.

pak750 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. pak750 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an unverified or third-party source, pak750 reserves the right to place a hold on the associated Account balance pending investigation.

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pak750 balance instantly under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your pak750 Account.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following confirmation on the TRON network, typically within 15–30 minutes.
• pak750 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pak750 accepts no responsibility.

pak750 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmation. Exchange rate fluctuations are not the responsibility of pak750.

Withdrawal requests may only be made by Players whose Accounts have completed full KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible.

pak750 targets withdrawal processing within thirty (30) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa under normal operational conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days. These timeframes are targets only and may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

pak750 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, AML checks, or investigation into suspected fraudulent activity. Where a withdrawal is withheld, pak750 will notify the Account holder with reasons where legally permissible to do so.

pak750 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. pak750 reserves the right to restrict promotions by account tier, location, or registration date.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Failure to meet requirements within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• pak750 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets and wagers placed through the pak750 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. These rules are available within the relevant section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that event or game.

pak750 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was accepted due to a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game configuration;
• The event to which the bet relates is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or fundamentally altered in a manner that affects the outcome;
• There is evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised;
• The bet was placed in contravention of these Terms & Conditions or applicable betting rules.

In live betting, all bets accepted before a significant event (such as a wicket in cricket, a goal in football, or a knockout in UFC) are valid unless technical evidence confirms the bet was placed after the event occurred. pak750's decision on voiding live bets is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak750 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account on pak750 under any identity, whether your own or another person's;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with Platform features;
• Colluding with other Players to fix outcomes, share information, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner that exploits the Platform;
• Deliberately exploiting errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds or game settings for financial gain;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or using pak750 for any purpose connected to illegal financial activity;
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order placed with pak750 or any related gaming operator;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pak750 staff or other Players.

pak750 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. pak750 provides the following tools to all Account holders, accessible directly from the Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much Real Money can be deposited into your pak750 Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period of seven (7) days when increased.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose within a defined time period across all products on pak750.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you how long you have been active on pak750 within a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent suspension of your pak750 Account. Temporary self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion closes your Account indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours.

All content on the pak750 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game titles, sound files, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak750 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak750 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from pak750.

The pak750 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product, service, or online presence is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak750 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the pak750 Platform, including during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of your Account, whether or not pak750 provided prior notice;
• Any loss or corruption of data associated with your Account;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• The outcome of any bet, wager, or casino game, which is subject to chance and the applicable game rules;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.

pak750 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. pak750 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or harmful components.

pak750 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pak750 will provide reasonable notice to affected Players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the pak750 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions — including the effective date displayed at the top of this page — is the version that governs your use of pak750. Historical versions of our Terms may be requested from our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak750 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the pak750 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation with pak750's customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being submitted, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under pak750's applicable gaming licence. The decision of any such regulatory body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
